Refund policy

At ShadyShack, we prioritize your satisfaction and trust above all else. Our exchange policy is designed to ensure you have a seamless experience if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase.

 

We have a three day exchange facility, there will be a shipping charge of 200/- to be paid by the customer. The pick up will be done, product will be pass through a quality check and then the replacement/exchange product will be dispatched. It takes 10-15 days for the exchange process. 

 

We also have ShadyShack coupons, in case you want to shop in future. In case you opt for ShadyShack coupons there will be a deduction of 200/- from the amount paid and balance amount will be credited as ShadyShack coupons in your Shadyshack account.

In case you received a damaged product please inform our WhatsApp team on the same day of delivery, with a parcel opening video. The product will be replaced with a fresh one free of cost.

The exchange request should be generated through our WhatsApp support number. 

Exchange will be done only once.

 

Refunds/exchnage is not applicable on power lenses (including zero power lenses)

 

All our products are non returnable..
